Refund policy
We have a 5-day refund policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your website to request a refund.
To start a refund, you can contact us at your.fantasy.builder@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we will refund you the transaction amount, and disable your website thereafter.
You can always contact us for any refund questions at your.fantasy.builder@gmail.com.
Issues and Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the website is defective, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like Domain Name and Paid Apps. These transactions are not handled by The Fantasy Builder, but you are paying to Shopify and the respective App companies directly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your website, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
